There is no subscription!

I paid iTunes for a 12 month subscription and they quit after 1 issue. ITunes transferred the subscription to the new publisher but it quit after one issue as well!!! ITunes gets the money from my account and then has no responsibility to make good on the purchase. Apple is being very deceptive on this Newstand Stuff... Stick with Kindle and Audible. Newstand never works...

Not worth a penny

You cant even read the articles because they are all blurry. What a waste of money with no refund. WORTHLESS. If I could Rate this as -5 stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE

Best magazine ever, unreadable

I downloaded this app and subscribed to ski mag last winter, and it was an awesome magazine. It is by far the best ski magazine out there, but once I downloaded the new issue this September, it was so blurry I could not read it. Please fix this so I can get my favorite magazine back.

Thank you Ski Magazine for allowing me to spend my free time speaking to the nice people at iTunes support. For the second year in a row I have paid for but not been able to access my subscription. After many emails last year with your customer service, I gave up. The person I dealt with was completely unhelpful, unsympathetic and quite frankly very rude. If I wasnt such an avid skier I would have never considered purchasing anything from your company again. This year, I ordered a subscription and once again you guys allowed me to spend my money and in return my subscription wont download. I hope you guys figure your stuff out and if not I hope a company thats a little more competent will come in and pick up where you left off.

Terrible

Bought the September issue on my iPhone and its comletely illegible. Called ski mag once and after re downloading the issue had the same problem. They said they would be back in touch with me. Two weeks later I called a second time after not hearing from them. They were unhelpful and blamed apple.

Poor everything for iTunes magazines

I lost my iPad, all my magazines had to be re updated but the password didnt work. Calls to iTunes and holding in different departments for 2.5 hours resulted in " call the publisher". I called them, and they said it was an iTunes issue... Out the money for 5 magazines and over $100... This is not a SKI issue, I love the magazine.
