Thank you Ski Magazine for allowing me to spend my free time speaking to the nice people at iTunes support. For the second year in a row I have paid for but not been able to access my subscription. After many emails last year with your customer service, I gave up.
The person I dealt with was completely unhelpful, unsympathetic and quite frankly very rude. If I wasnt such an avid skier I would have never considered purchasing anything from your company again. This year, I ordered a subscription and once again you guys allowed me to spend my money and in return my subscription wont download. I hope you guys figure your stuff out and if not I hope a company thats a little more competent will come in and pick up where you left off.
