I am very disappointed with this app. I purchased a 1 year subscription with the Ski Mag app and since this new app was released (under new management) my subscription is no longer valid. I tried logging in and restoring purchases with no luck. Great new direction, ripoff the customers that previously supported you.

Lost all issues
Suddenly lost all issues of Ski magazine. Same thing happen last year when the changed ownership and I list the remaining portion of my subscription. App is poor. Support is no where to be found.

Print subscribers?
Many magazines comp an iPad subscription if youve already paid for a print subscription. Sadly, SKI is another of those magazines that wants to double charge.
Doesnt allow syncing with magazine subscription
Useless for print subscribers.
Cant get new issues
I bought a 12 month subscription in february and havent gotten access to any issues since and i also cant go back to the old issues either

Like others have said, the transfer through new owners isnt working. Received e-mail offering complimentary subscription. What a joke.
Im already a print subscriber, why pay again for digital?

Active Interest trying to blame Apple
Forget trying to contact Active Media to fix the inability to restore old or download new issues they just try and lay it off on Apple!
