There is no subscription!

I paid iTunes for a 12 month subscription and they quit after 1 issue.
ITunes transferred the subscription to the new publisher but it quit after one issue as well!!!
ITunes gets the money from my account and then has no responsibility to make good on the purchase. Apple is being very deceptive on this Newstand Stuff... Stick with Kindle and Audible.
Newstand never works...
